Wow this book has so many reasons that I love it. The best chapter is part 6 where they talk about introducing new routines. This chapter in itself is worth the price of admission. During this time of quarantine, when we are away from family and friends, I am looking for advice on keeping those relationships strong, even though we canyons together. Especially with the hidays just around the corner. These books gave me not only great advice, but also hope. --Carina Daniel
I don't think we realize our toxic habits and traits in relationships until someone calls us out on them. What a great read to take bad and negative habits and create healthier and happier relationships! --Stephanie Slattery
This book was actually quite a helpful guide. It is refreshing to have a book that does not just cover marriage relationships. This book is for marriage, yes, but also co-workers, family members or friends. I especially liked the section on responses to avoid when listening to someone. I believe we have all made at least one of the mistakes the author mentions. It is so wise to review the best ways to listen and talk with people. Also, it is very true that empathy is definitely needed and can be helpful. I am going to keep this five star wealth of information as a go to book if I need help in the future. --Alison Motley
